Service Plans and Preventative Maintenance
In addition to the products we offer, we offer service and extended maintenance plans for all the products we install. Installing safe and reliable accessibility equipment is our biggest priority at HomeLift. Whether it is a simple service question, a preventative maintenance check, or a malfunctioning lift, our skilled service technicians are committed to providing the highest quality service.
Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans
Each product we install has layers of protection built into its design. Safety devices within each system require routine service, testing and inspection. Preventative maintenance checks have been shown to extend the life of the equipment and reduce the cost and frequency of repairs. We recommend scheduling a preventative maintenance check every 12 months to avoid preventable issues from happening with your equipment.
We also offer a variety of extended service plans for both residential and commercial applications. Our extended service plans cover a wide range of services including but not limited to: Adjusting, cleaning and inspecting all safety systems, major components, and structural components associated with the lift. Every service plan we offer covers at least one annual maintenance check with one of our service technicians.
Service and Repair
We pride ourselves on installing reliable equipment. In the unlikely event that your lift malfunctions, we have a team of knowledgeable service technicians ready to assist. Troubleshooting over the phone is typically our first course of action. If possible, we like to rule out simple fixes and save our customers time and money associated with a service appointment. If troubleshooting over the phone is unsuccessful, we will schedule an appointment with one of our service technicians as soon as possible.
We understand emergency situations can happen after hours. In the event an emergency occurs after normal business hours, we have an on-call service technician dedicated to emergency situations. Our emergency service line is open after business hours and on holidays.
Aging in Place
