Symmetry Elevator Options

Symmetry offers 3 residential drive systems: Hydraulic drive, Inline Gear drive, and Winding Drum. All Symmetry elevators have a rated capacity of 1,000 pounds. These elevators are also designed to travel up to 50 ft. and can accommodate up to 6 stops. The rated speed is 40 feet per minute. Symmetry elevators come with a 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty and a one-year labor warranty. Symmetry offers many customization options and finishes for residential elevators.

Hydraulic Drive

Hydraulic drive is a popular choice for homeowners looking for quality, safety, and the quietest ride. Hydraulic elevator systems use a ram or piston to raise and lower the car by filling or releasing fluid into an airtight cylinder. A machine room is required with Hydraulic drive systems.

Inline Gear Drive

Inline Gear drive is a popular choice for homeowners concerned with space and size. The Symmetry Inline Gear drive system does not require a machine room making it the ideal solution when you do not have the space for one. The motor sits at the top of the elevator, so an access door is required.

Winding Drum

The Symmetry Winding Drum elevator utilizes heavy-duty aircraft cables attached to a rotating drum. With Symmetry’s advanced electronics package, the Winding Drum elevator is the smoothest drum on the market!

Inclinator Elevator Options

Inclinator offers 3 drive systems: Hydraulic drive, Cable Drum, and MRL Cable Drum. Inclinator elevators have a rated capacity of 500 or 1,000 pounds and can travel up to 6 landings. Inclinator elevators also come with a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on parts and labor. Several customization options and finishes are available.

Hydraulic Drive

Featuring Inclinator’s HydraRide system, this drive system offers a smooth and quiet ride. The drive system is housed in the machine room, so a machine room is required.

Cable Drum

The Cable Drum drive system is the most compact drive system Inclinator offers. This system utilizes a space-saving monorail guiding system. The drive system is housed in the machine room.

MRL Overhead Cable Drum

The Inclinator Machine-Room-Less (MRL) Cable Drum drive system runs on 2 custom-formed guide rails used for increased stability. The entire drive system is housed in the elevator shaftway. Since a separate equipment room is not required, this drive system requires less space.

Cambridge Elevator

Cambridge offers a Hydraulic drive system with one revolutionary feature: Remote monitoring. Cambridge elevators have a rated capacity of 1,000 pounds and can travel up to 6 stops. Cambridge elevators also come with a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty and 1-year warranty on labor. There are several customization options and finishes for you to choose from. Whether you have decided to build your dream home or enjoy the freedom to access all levels of your present home, Cambridge has a solution that will fit your lifestyle!

Hydraulic Drive with Remote Monitoring

The Cambridge residential elevator remote monitoring system is the next step in the technological evolution of the home elevator industry. Whether it is a simple service issue or a critical system alert, the remote monitoring system will automatically send you a notification detailing the specific code alert and a list of diagnostic actions to resolve the issue. This new system can help our customers save time and money by avoiding unnecessary service appointments.

Stiltz Lift

A Shaftless Lift

An innovative and unique design, Stiltz lifts were created to help you stay in the home you love when the stairs become too much. This constant pressure lift does not require an elevator shaftway making it an easy and affordable solution. Since an elevator shaft is not required, Stiltz lifts fit easily into most pre-existing spaces. The car travels on two self-supporting rails, which require no load-bearing walls. In most instances, a ceiling aperture is all the construction necessary to install a Stiltz lift. These lifts are an attractive, affordable, and effective solution when hoping to stay in your existing home forever.

Stiltz offers a Duo and Trio lift series that offer various benefits and solutions. All Stiltz lifts come with a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty and a one-year warranty on labor. The rated capacity for the Duo units is 375 lbs. and the rated capacity for the Trio units is 485 lbs.
