Rich Eller, Owner and President
Rich Eller possesses a wealth of corporate experience in sales, operations, product development, finance and brand management. He is equipped and engaged to lead the sales and installation teams to serve our customers with the utmost integrity, honesty and professionalism. Rich comments, “I am excited with the challenge to lead a small business and be involved in all aspects of the company. HomeLift has been built on a solid foundation and I hope to continue the growth in the business just like Nashville is growing. We have a great team in place to make it happen.”
Rich looks forward to following the vision of our Founder, Alan Jensen and business partner Peppi Leland, and continuing their commitment to provide high quality solutions to builders, architects and end users in our community.
Rich is married to Patty and they have four grown children and two grandchildren. Rich is a member of Grace Chapel Church, and a trained Gallop Coach. With his free time, Rich enjoys golf and traveling which includes mission trips.
Sales and Marketing Team
David Hood, Sales
David has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years. He has the keen ability to look at a residential or commercial job and determine with confidence the best locations for elevators, stairlifts, wheelchair lifts and other accessibility products. Helping people find a safe and secure solution to their lift needs at a reasonable price and in a timely manner pleases David tremendously. He puts his BS in Human Resources to work every day in dealing with customers as he is continually being complimented on being prompt, timely and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. You’ll enjoy getting to know David. David lives on a farm with his wife and two teenage sons.
Scott Piskie, Sales
He has done it all! During Scott’s 14 years with HomeLift, he has been in installation, project management,and managing and scheduling crews. He has spent the last 3 years in sales and has put elevators in two different five story castles right here in Tennessee. Scott really likes coming up with the best solution for people’s home or business and has consistently been one of the top producers. He enjoys a challenge, especially retrofitting an elevator into an existing home. Scott has spent his life around construction and knows what product is going to work best in each individual project and manages them with precision.
Robert McCarthy, Sales
Robert has been with HomeLift 13 years and still enjoys helping people find the best solution to meet their needs. “Many times, customers can no longer get from point A to point B in their home and I evaluate where we can best provide a lift solution,” shared Robert. Over the years, Robert has developed new territories into West Tennessee and Mississippi. He has been a top producer for many of those 13 years and customers appreciate his thoroughness, his follow-through and are very happy with his work. Robert has been married for 26 years with two adult children. He loves to kayak and water ski and being outdoors.
Matt Marchal, Sales
Matt Marchal is responsible for business development in the greater Nashville and Memphis areas. With a background in construction, risk management, and senior services, he is committed to understanding client needs and providing the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to help them be successful. Matt is passionate about nurturing long-term relationships and he’s excited about HomeLift’s position in the Elevator and Accessibility industries.
Marchal holds a Bachelors degree in business as well as an MBA. Outside of work, Matt enjoys restoring classic cars, golf, travel, and spending time with his wife Jennie and their three young children.
Patty Eller, Director of Marketing
Patty joined the HomeLift team to assist with marketing, staffing and special projects. She has many years of experience in sales, fundraising, leadership, marketing and staffing. Patty is married to HomeLift’s president, Rich Eller. She has three children and two grand-children. When not working at HomeLift, Patty enjoys golf, tennis and woodworking.
Jodi Smith, Sales
Jodi has been in sales for the past 23 years, taking a short window of time off to raise her children. Jodi was hired to develop the central Alabama territory for HomeLift. She resides in Birmingham with her husband and three children. From working in the Medical industry for 11 of those years, to now with HomeLift, Jodi loves getting to know people and helping them find a solution to their needs. From her years working in the medical industry she gained valuable insight that will help her at HomeLift. Jodi is excited to be a part of the HomeLift team.
