About Us

Since 1986, HomeLift has been the family-owned elevator and accessibility company homeowners and builders turn to when the project matters.

What We Do

HomeLift designs, installs, and services elevators, stairlifts, and vertical platform lifts for residential and commercial clients across Tennessee, Alabama, and northern Mississippi. Our work covers home elevators and shaftless lifts in existing residences, LULA elevators in churches and schools, stairlift installations, and modernization projects on aging commercial systems. Every product we sell comes from manufacturers we stand behind, including Cibes, Symmetry, Bruno, Stannah, Stiltz, and PVE, installed by our own factory-trained technicians and backed by extended service contracts.

Local Roots, Regional Reach

HomeLift started in 1986 as a small family operation and grew into a regional company covering three states without losing what made it worth working with in the first place. We’re not the largest elevator company in the Southeast, and we don’t try to be. What we are is a 25-person team with a Brentwood showroom that’s the only one of its kind in the region, a track record of more than 1,500 clients, and nearly four decades of experience spanning every type of vertical access application we install.

The HomeLift Difference

Nearly 40 years in the region and a reputation built on showing up, standing behind the products, and staying involved after the install is complete are what distinguish HomeLift from other elevator and accessibility companies across Tennessee and Alabama.

  • On-Site Presence Through Every Phase of the Project

Most elevator contractors go quiet between the contract and the inspection. Our factory-trained technicians are consistently on site at the project stages that matter, which is how we catch issues before they become callbacks and why general contractors across the region keep bringing us back.

  • Turnkey Capability From Design Through Completion

For new construction, HomeLift’s Turnkey Projects model manages the elevator installation as part of the full project scope, coordinating directly with the builder at every phase. As members of the Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association, we’ve built the relationships that make that coordination reliable.

  • Written Service Contracts That Don’t Disappear After Installation

HomeLift’s Gold and Silver Extended Service Contracts put coverage terms in writing, including a four-business-day response guarantee under the Gold plan. It’s a standard of post-install accountability that most elevator companies in this region don’t offer.

Tell Us About Your Project and We’ll Take It From There

Every home elevator project starts the same way—a look at the space and a conversation about what the installation actually involves. Our team handles model selection, permitting, installation, and service for homeowners across Tennessee, Alabama, and northern Mississippi. Share your details, and we will be in touch to set up a time.
