Are you interested in a stairlift? If so, you may have a few questions regarding price, service, and installation. Below are our frequently asked stairlift questions.
How much does a stairlift cost?
The cost of a stairlift depends on many factors such as the length and shape of your stairs. Straight stairlifts start at $3,200 and go up from there. Curved stairlifts start at $9,800 and go up from there. Curved stairlifts require a custom-made rail.
What “brands” of stairlifts do you carry?
How quickly can a stairlift be installed in my home?
For straight staircases, lead time is 3-5 business days. For curved staircases, lead time varies depending on your stairlift needs. Certain curved models can be installed within a week of purchase; however, other models may take 4-5 weeks to ship to our warehouse. We understand some installations are urgent and we prioritize these to the best of our ability.
Do you provide stairlift service?
Yes! We guarantee service on all products we originally installed ourselves. We cannot guarantee service on any products we did not install ourselves.

Yes! Please contact us to learn more about our stairlift rental program.
Do you buy back stairlifts?
We do buy back stairlifts; however, there are a few stipulations with this policy. We are only able to buy back stairlifts installed by us within the last 3 years. In addition, it must be a straight stairlift (Stannah 600, Bruno Elan, or Bruno Elite.) We are unable to buy back any curved stairlifts.
Can you remove my stairlift?
If we originally installed your stairlift, we could remove it for an additional charge. We are unable to remove any lifts we did not install ourselves.
Can you install a stairlift I purchased online or from a friend? (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
Unfortunately, we are not able to install any stairlifts not directly purchased from us.
