A Satisfied Customer With Install of VPL
Homeowner Jim V. had a dilemma on his hands; while he loved his home North of Nashville, he had a disabled family member, and elderly family who couldn’t maneuver the steps leading into and inside his house.
While Jim began searching for his own options, HomeLift’s professional team was only one phone call away. “I worked with several people at HomeLift and all of them were a pleasure to work with,” Jim explained.
Finishing the project in time for a visit from family, a victory for Jim, and his family. HomeLift took extra care in both safety and comfort while installing the vertical platform lift.
In the photo, you will notice the see-through wall, giving those riding the lift a view of their surroundings. Why was this an important feature to Jim? “Older people like to see where they are going and not feel trapped inside something.” Extra safety features included a small wall to ensure hands, feet, or small children wouldn’t be in any danger.
